Our Story

It all started in 2004 when Sue Howe created a delicious cookie for a friend’s son who was experiencing gluten sensitivity issues. The choices on the market then were less than desirable and Sue was determined to craft a delicious, soft baked cookie full of flavor and made with quality ingredients that we all recognize. She went on to create four original flavors and a decadent signature brownie.

Since then, we have expanded our offerings to include such yummy flavors as Oregon Oatmeal, Triple Chocolate Chunk and seasonal favorites like Pumpkin Spice and Peppermint Brownie. We remain dedicated to creating the best tasting wheat- and gluten-free baked goods using only the finest ingredients. You won’t find artificial flavors or colors here!

Because our products are perishable, all food sales are final. However, we understand that mistakes happen and we want to be sure you are happy with your order.

Shipments from WOW may be effected by warmer climates/temperatures. Products containing chocolate chips will melt when exposed to warmer temperatures. While this may effect the appearance of the product, it does not effect the delicious taste of WOW products. WOW is not responsible for replacement of items that have melted during warmer weather.

If you feel that there was a unique error in your purchasing experience, please contact us at info@wowbaking.com. It is our priority to make your experience with our products perfect, so if the error was our fault, we will reship the order.

If you purchased one of our products from a retailer, you must return the product to the retailer (not to us) so they can rectify the situation. Returns to retailers are subject to the terms and conditions of the retailer's refund policy.

WOW Baking Company is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of mishandling by the shipping company or the return of product due to wrong delivery information being given.

Shipping charges are non refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card. Refunds will be applied within 5-7 business days.
